BTH Bank Mobile Banking App Upgrade
We are excited to announce an upgrade to our BTH Bank Mobile Banking App! This upgrade will provide you with the same features as our current app, but in an updated design. Some of the new features include:
- A modern design and improved interface.
- New security features and settings.
- Face ID biometrics for Android users.
- New, dynamic/editable fields for transaction details.
The new app will be available for download June 15, 2021.
If you experience technical challenges with the app after the download, please review the following information:
iPhone Users: Once the new app is released, if enabled, auto-update should automatically update the app the next time you launch the BTH Bank iPhone app; however, there may be conditions with the device that prevent the update. If you have issues with the app updating, you may be required to uninstall and reinstall the app to begin using the new app. The first time you log into the new app, you will be presented with new Terms & Conditions to review and accept.
Android Users: As an Android user, your app could take several hours after the launch before it is available in the Google Play Store for download. We recommend using the following URL for download: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apiture.xpressmobile.btqtx.sub. This URL will take you directly to the new app in the Google Play Store.
