BTH BANK CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) RESPONSE AND READINESS
At BTH Bank, the health and well-being of our customers, bankers, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and staff as the situation evolves.
For the safety of our customers and bankers and to do our part to help prevent the spread of this virus, we have made the decision to temporarily close our lobbies through April 17. Our drive-thrus (where available) will continue to be open during business hours. Customers can still utilize BTH Bank's digital tools and ATMs for their banking needs. These options allow you to safely and securely manage your accounts, pay bills, make deposits and transfers, pay loans, and check balances remotely. If you are unable to use our self-service tools, we encourage you to use our drive-thrus where available or to contact your local banking center for assistance.
