At BTH Bank, the health and well-being of our customers, bankers, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and staff as the situation evolves.

 

For the safety of our customers and bankers and to do our part to help prevent the spread of this virus, we will temporarily close our lobbies effective July 6th. Customers may continue to utilize BTH Bank's digital tools and ATMs for their banking needs. These options allow you to safely and securely manage your accounts, pay bills, make deposits and transfers, pay loans, and check balances remotely. If you are unable to use our self-service tools, we recommend our drive-thrus where available or contacting your local banking center for assistance.

 

BTH Bank Digital Banking Options:

Online Banking and Bill Pay - If not already enrolled in this free service, you may enroll through our website homepage. It is simple and only takes a few steps. Once enrolled, you can check account balances, account history, pay bills, make deposits and transfers, pay loans, and schedule payments.

 

BTH Bank Mobile App - To get started, download the free BTH Bank Mobile App through Google Play or the App Store on your mobile device. With the app, you can manage your accounts and check balances, deposit checks, pay bills, and make transfers. The BTH Bank Business Mobile App is available for business customers and offers many of the same features.

 

Telebanking - Utilize our Bankline to get account information, make funds transfers, report a lost or stolen card, request stop payments, and reorder checks. Simply call 903-763-4596 and select from the menu of options.

 

ATMs (where available) - Access your money surcharge-free and make cash and check deposits at any of our BTH Bank ATMs.

 

Loan transactions and deposits such as CDs, money markets, savings, and checking accounts can be handled via phone and email. You may use the secure email link found on the Contact Us page of our website.
